Dempsey Bob is a master Tahitan-Tlingit carver who refuses to let his culture die. Bob is part of a group of native Northwest Canadian Coast artists reclaiming their culture and power through the creative expression of who and what they are. Their works interpret the art and stories of the past and bring them into a dynamic and forceful connection with the present.
