Each aspect of study is demonstrated and explained: Basic Stances, Fist Strikes & Upper Body Techniques, Responsibility & Respect, Sparing, Conditioning Techniques, Kata. For aspiring martial artists, this may be the first important step toward becoming a martial artist.
